The Outside Plant Department of Greenfield Community Energy and Technology (from here on referred to as GCET) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for installation of conduit systems for the future installation of fiber optic network cables. There will be a total of five (5) conduit systems in three (3) separate locations in the City of Greenfield for this Project.
